HAMILTON COUNTY (Tuesday, May 27, 2014) – Upcoming work for the following projects in Hamilton County will require lane closures this week:
I-71 At Fields Ertel/Mason Montgomery
Work to implement a traffic switch on northbound I-71 at the Mason Montgomery/Fields Ertel exit will require single and double lane closures on northbound I-71 beginning at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, with all lanes reopening to traffic by 6 a.m. Wednesday, May 28. Once work is completed, two lanes of traffic will be maintained on the two outside lanes of the ramp.
I-75 at Mitchell
Closure of right lane of northbound I-75 between the I-74 ramp to I-75 and the I-75 ramp to Mitchell Avenue from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 27 through Thursday, May 29. In addition, a 10-minute rolling closure will be in place in the center lane every hour during this time frame.
U.S. 50/Waldvogel
The ramp from southbound Freeman Avenue to westbound U.S. 50/River Road will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 28 through Friday, May 30 for bridge painting. Posted detour will direct traffic to west on Mehring Way to north on Harriet Street to westbound U.S. 50.
