Warren County (Friday, March 20, 2015) – Construction work at the Interstate 71/Fields Ertel/Mason-Montgomery interchange will require closure of Fields-Ertel and Mason-Montgomery roads next week.
Fields-Ertel Road will be closed from 12:01 to 5 a.m. Tuesday, March 24. Mason-Montgomery Road will be closed from 12:01 to 5 a.m. Wednesday, March 25. The posted detour will use Escort Drive. In addition, various lane closures will be in place on both roads from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly the week of March 23.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road and lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
